A referral records interest a creator drives to your games. Each of your Creator Groups has a Referral Program available automatically.
Program types
Section titled “Program types”By default, each Referral Program will be public, but you can change this setting through your Nexus Dashboard.
Public
Section titled “Public”A Public Referral Program will allow the use of any Nexus Support-a-Creator code.
Private
Section titled “Private”A Private Referral Program will limit the codes that may be used when creating a referral. A referral created for a Private Referral Program must meet one of the following requirements:
- A code belonging to a Creator Group member
- A Referral Code you generated through the Nexus API
- A code for an existing Nexus account linked to your Referral Program through the Nexus API
